Baker Sanctuary is one of Travis Audubon’s three wildlife sanctuaries. The 715-acre preserve is the first in the world set aside for the protection of the endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler. Join Travis Audubon Land Steward and Educator, Chris Murray, to help remove non-native plants and maintain trails.
- All equipment and training provided.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and clothing to protect from insects and the elements. Hats, sunblock, and bug spray are your friends!
- Please bring a water bottle to keep hydrated while volunteering.
