Birdability Walk at Champion Park

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Happy 2020, y’all! I am pleased to lead a Birdability walk to the very birdy and accessible Champion Park off Brushy Creek Rd. This park offers all kinds of habitat, wide open grassland for Northern Harrier and deep woods for Golden-crowned Kinglet, both of which I saw here last winter. Come with us!

Dress for the weather! If it is too cold or wet, I may cancel. Check my blog, before you leave home!

Bring water, a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Bring binoculars if you have them. I will bring extra binoculars for those of you who need them.

The parking, restrooms, and trails are great for people with mobility challenges.

See you there! I am very excited you are coming. I know you will enjoy it. If you run into any problem, call or text me at: 512-461-6920.
