Birdathon: Fisher Hollow Goldies

Sunday, April 13, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
$75 per person, max. 15 people

This is a “breakfast and birding” event on private property in the hill country just west of Baker Sanctuary. Golden-cheeked Warblers nest on the property and will be our primary target species, along with many other beautiful resident birds including Black-and-White Warblers, Painted Buntings, Summer Tanagers, and Wild Turkeys. We will also watch for gorgeous migrants that may visit for a rest stop. Come early to enjoy the dawn chorus while we enjoy coffee and breakfast on the porch. After breakfast, we will go for guided hikes through the woods.

Registrants will receive more specific directions via email prior to the event. Registration includes birding, breakfast, and the annual Birdathon participation pin.
