We will bird a few areas within this 362 acre park that is located on the Colorado River downstream from the Longhorn Dam southeast of downtown Austin. Although recent “improvements” such as playing fields and a playscape have been built in the park, there is still a nice variety of bird habitat remaining. Expect to walk approximately 3 miles.
