Lidia Agraz

Lidia (Lili) Agraz is the co-owner of Punta Reyes Properties, a boutique real estate investment firm. Before starting the business with her husband, she held executive positions in the telecommunications industry, focusing on regulatory compliance, policy initiatives, consumer affairs, and developing effective communications for diverse stakeholders.

Beyond her professional work, Lidia has served on various non-profit boards in Austin, including the Austin Area Urban League, MexicArte Museum, AISD Partners in Education, Austin Film Festival, KUT Radio, and Health Alliance for Austin Musicians. She is passionate about advancing the mission of Travis Audubon, particularly in engaging younger audiences and underserved communities.

Lidia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Park University. She is also a graduate of the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program, offered in partnership with the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a graduate of Leadership Austin and Leadership Texas, and has completed Travis Audubon’s Master Birder Program. She currently volunteers with Travis Audubon’s IDEA Committee, Name Review Committee, and other TAS community-focused programs, where she collaborates with fellow members to preserve and enhance birdlife in Central Texas. Lidia would be honored to serve on the Travis Audubon Board of Directors, continuing to contribute to its mission and supporting its nature conservancy efforts.


Paul DiFiore
Paul DiFiore is a birder, advocate for environmental justice, and law student at the University of Texas who will begin practicing in 2025. Born and raised in Dallas, he started his career in global corporate social responsibility in the energy sector. Since moving to Austin he has worked with several local non-profits including PODER and Save Our Springs Alliance on policy issues and community organizing. Paul is an appointed member of the City of Austin’s Water Forward Task Force, and has volunteered for years with different Audubon chapters. He holds degrees from Davidson College and Georgetown University.


David Mintz
Since joining Travis Audubon in 2024, David Mintz has volunteered on the Advocacy Committee and was in the 2025 Master Birder Program.

Professionally, David has more than 30 years of experience in public affairs, legislative strategy, and stakeholder engagement. An independent lobbyist and consultant, he previously led the government relations program for a statewide trade association.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in government and a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served in leadership roles on several nonprofit boards and is Certified Association Executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives. He is also a trained mediator and facilitator.

If you look on David’s phone, you’ll see more photos of birds than people.  He and his wife Sherri have lived in Austin since 1981 and they have an adult son.


Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson developed an early connection to the Texas outdoors while hunting and fishing with his father and brother in Central and West Texas. This legacy from his family developed into a love of nature and all things wild, especially birds. He came to Travis Audubon through his membership in National Audubon and the Travis Audubon vision of conservation through birding. Mark is a past member of the Travis Audubon Board, serving for 8 years. While his primary focus has been protection and restoration of the Blair Woods Preserve, Mark has also served on the Governance, Advocacy, and Chaetura Canyon Management Committees, and two Executive Director search efforts. Mark is an active member of the Capital Area Master Naturalists and has participated in trail building and habitat restoration work at parks and preserves throughout Texas. He and his wife Dana Kuykendall have three young granddaughters and love to explore the outdoors and nature with them.
